Let's analyze the reasons why the excavator cannot start and the inspection steps for the excavator to start.

1. The battery clamp is loose, making it difficult to start the excavator;

2. The battery of the excavator is insufficient or the battery pile is loose, resulting in poor contact;

3. Circuit fault, loose relay box connector or fuse box fuse burnt;

4. The starting motor or generator fails and cannot generate electricity normally, resulting in insufficient power;

5. The excavator cannot start in winter, which may be caused by wax accumulation in the excavator diesel;

6. The excavator is equipped with inappropriate fuel. Use high-viscosity diesel in winter and low-viscosity diesel in summer;

7. The excavator engine cylinder pressure is insufficient and the engine valve is not tightly closed;

8. The excavator is difficult to start when it is hot, which may be caused by a fault in the excavator oil pump or nozzle;

9. Faults caused by excessive water in diesel or excessive mixed air in diesel;

10. Faults in the excavator solenoid valve and wear of the diesel pump plunger can also cause misfire.

11. Check whether it is caused by a circuit fault. The fault manifests itself as no response when the ignition switch is turned on or the starting motor speed is too low.

12. Daily maintenance and inspection are very important. Check the battery power of the excavator frequently. If the battery power is low, please charge it in time.

13. Check whether there is enough oil in the tank. Of course, if there is no oil, it will not ignite, and sufficient fuel must be added in time.

14. Check whether the starter relay or relay circuit of the machine is short-circuited or open-circuited.

15. Check whether the generator of the excavator is damaged. Of course, if it cannot be powered on, it will not ignite.

16. Remember to select hydraulic oil of different viscosities according to the ambient temperature.
